Ingredients

  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz apple cider Chilled
  • 3 oz prosecco Chilled
  • 1 oz sparkling water
  • 1 Ice
  • 1 apple slice Thin
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Method

Build the spritz
  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the Aperol and chilled apple cider.
  3. Top with the chilled prosecco and sparkling water.
  4. Stir gently once to combine without losing carbonation.
  5. Garnish with the thin apple slice and cinnamon stick, then serve.

Notes

For the clearest flavor, keep the apple cider and prosecco well chilled before pouring so the drink stays bright and bubbly. Storage is best immediately—don’t hold or refrigerate once assembled. Freezing isn’t recommended; for a lighter option, reduce Aperol to 1.5 oz and increase sparkling water to 1.5 oz.
